 ational String Competition 2025\, Levi Andreassen (Double Bass) and Elfida

 orm the works of Mozart and Haydn\, London Mozart Players' mission has evo
 lved into creating bold\, ambitious and accessible musical experiences for
  all. London Mozart Players are proud to be at the forefront of embedding 
 arts and culture into the life of communities across the UK and beyond\, p
 erforming both new works and music that stays true to their roots.\n\nElfi
 da Su Turan is a Turkish violinist who has performed as a soloist with Tur
 key’s national and state symphony orchestras since the age of 10. She ha
 s received top prizes in several national and international competitions a
 nd was named Turkey’s Best Emerging Musician in 2017. Elfida began her s
 tudies in the UK in 2016 with a full scholarship at the Yehudi Menuhin Sch
 ool\, and continued her education at the Royal Academy of Music\, where sh
 e currently studies under the guidance of Professor So-Ock Kim.\n\nWinner 
 of several international competitions\, American double bassist Levi Andre
 assen was recently awarded 1st Prize at the 2023 International Society of 
 Bassists Youth Solo Competition. As an orchestral musician\, Levi became a
  member of the Missouri Philharmonic in 2017 and has held the Principal Ba
 ss position since 2021. Levi is currently completing his Bachelor of Music
  with Caroline Emery at the Royal College of Music in London as a Neville 
 Wathen Full Scholar.\n\nIshani Bhoola\, violinist and leader of The Waverl
 ey Ensemble\, launched the Haslemere International String Competition in 2
 017 to give talented young string players a chance to gain significant sol
 o concert exposure. Originally aimed at students living in the counties ar
 ound London\, it has since greatly expanded its reach and now draws talent
 ed young performers from all over the world. It is open to string players 
 aged 11-22 and takes place every two years.
